About the Project
Cedar Glen Independent Living Community offers income affordable apartment homes for those with low to moderate incomes. It was the first building in a 17-acre urban infill housing development on the west side of Wauwatosa. Cedar Glen is an example of repurposing underutilized land to benefit the senior community as well as the municipality.
