The final phase of the Monona Riverfront project will occupy the 1.86 Acres between Bridge Road and Inland Way adjacent to the new Grand Crossing Park. It is anticipated that the project will include 140 apartments on four floors as well as residential amenity space. There are no additional commercial spaces planned for the final phase.
“The Current” was the first phase of the development and was completed in June 2019. It brought 96 market rate apartments, office space, retail, and food and beverage providers. Anchor tenant, Buck & Honey’s, is a two-level restaurant with event space that opens onto “Grand Crossing” a new public park. JLA also moved it’s Madison office into “The Current” in November 2019.
