About the Project

Greywolf Partners plans to redevelop the site of a former Shopko into apartments. With the site’s proximity to UW-Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley Technical College this project will address the need for quality housing in this part of Eau Claire.

Two, four-story buildings including:
• 258 units ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments
• Underground and above ground parking, outdoor bicycle parking

Connecting the two buildings is a one-story common space that centralizes all the amenities, featuring:
• On-site management office.
• Secure parcel drop-off / pick-up room.
• Open study area with a variety of seating along full height storefront windows.
• Community room featuring a full kitchen, fireplace, game area, varied seating, and multiple televisions.
• Outdoor patio area with varied seating.
• Fitness center with 24/7 access featuring cardio and weight equipment.
