Overview
This 14-story, mixed-use development is set to rise just east of Madison’s capitol square. Featuring 13,000+ s.f. of retail and restaurant space at street level, the development will complement the continuing redevelopment of the East Washington corridor. In total, it will have 244 units ranging from studios to three bedrooms, including some affordable housing units.
The project has been designed to LEED Silver standards.
