Giving Back
For us, it's simple, we believe giving back is the right thing to do to make our communities a better place.
Through our community outreach program, JLA Gives Back, our team works hard to make a positive and tangible impact in our communities.
Our Employee Volunteer Committee organizes quarterly team opportunities at local Wisconsin and Colorado non-profit organizations, so that we may deepen our understanding of the rich and unique fabric of the communities and cultures we serve.
Additionally, all employees are allotted paid time every year to volunteer with organizations they care about.
