What drew you to project management architecture? What do you love about it?
I’ve always been drawn to beautiful spaces and how they can shape culture and enhance lives. I also recently discovered that I have wanted to work in this industry since I was a child. About a month ago, I spent some time in California at my childhood home helping my parents sort through some historic relics before they moved houses. I found a “book” I made when I was in second grade claiming that when I grew up I wanted to be an Architect. While I may not be an architect by trade, I think it’s pretty neat that I ended up being a Director of Marketing for an Architecture firm.

What’s your favorite (or most unique) project you’ve worked on and why?
One of my favorite projects I’ve worked on was a proposal for the Ministerio de Salud de la República de Panamá (the Ministry of Health in Panama). The submission required hard copies as well as a 3D model which meant I had to fly down to Panama to ensure the proposal was finished and submitted properly.
A close second would be a firm-wide brand refresh I managed and executed. I loved being a part of the decision making of what is key in a brand’s visual identity and how to make that as impactful as possible.
What do you do for fun? Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
I have a huge passion for international travel and try to visit a new country every year. Most recently, I went to Peru in October and visited Machu Picchu.
Outside of work, I am typically spending time with my rescue chihuahua mix, Jumbo, while enjoying some crafts, reading a good book, or beating all my friends at a game night.
