Situated as the north gateway to the Legend of Bergamont neighborhood, the Bergamont Townhomes feature a mix of single story duplex and two story four family homes, each with an individual entrance, garage, and porch/balcony.   The homes are accessed via private roads off the public thoroughfare which bisects the property.

Because visitor parking on the street is minimized, the buildings are laid out with small yards and many with visual access to an adjacent pond.  There are concentrated green spaces, which also hold a series of rain gardens to aid with drainage on a relatively flat site.

In order to relate to the context of the existing homes in the neighborhood, the materials chosen are muted in color tone, utilize several different siding textures, and include detailed trim elements.  Additionally, the masonry treatment has subtle variation throughout the development.
