About the Project
This adaptive re-use project will take a former 157,000 s.f. office building and transform it into One City School’s new charter school. They will move its current facility (2012 Fisher St, Madison) to the site in Monona. The school will first open to kindergarten through fourth grade before expanding in the following years to grades five through 12. LHB of Minneapolis is a consultant partner on the project with JLA.
“JLA has been a great partner on projects of all sizes. Their focus on the client and attention to listening to their needs sets them apart. They are a great collaborator during preconstruction and a pleasure to work with.”
