JLA partnered with JFS-Housing (Jewish Family Services) to create Woodale Crossing. The affordable senior housing development is located next to the original Deerwood campus buildings. The three-story building includes 56 units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, with 25% reserved for seniors with disabilities.
All residents are offered individual, and family support services.
The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
