Catalina Crossing

Located on the southeast side of Madison, Catalina Crossing was designed to provide a diverse range of housing options, configurations, and price points. The site has a framework of walkable private streets and neighborhood-scaled open space. Its 16 buildings offer three different configurations. The buildings were laid out around a central green which serves as a vibrant open space amenity. The Craftsman-inspired exteriors carry through to the interiors. Residents enjoy handcrafted Amish cabinetry, volume ceilings, hardwood floors, and custom tiled walk-in showers with heated floors. Each unit’s garage is also pre-wired for electric car charging.
