In 2016, JLA opened its second office located in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. The buildout encapsulated an 1,800 s.f. suite and included:

- Open work space with 10 desk stations
- Large private office
- Lobby & reception area
- Storage spaces
- Kitchenette
