MOSH Performance Center
Overview
Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH) Performance Center is the anchor tenant at Ballpark Commons located just outside of Milwaukee. Ballpark Commons is a sports entertainment district encompassing over 200 acres, including the existing Rock Sports Complex. The complete development features a 4,000-seat stadium, commercial and retail businesses, restaurants, residential apartments, and various entertainment options.
MOSH Performance Center’s indoor sports facility was designed with flexibility in mind, it’s now home to several area sports teams and offers a range of year-round soccer, football, and baseball programs. As a privately-owned project, it was pertinent that our team stay within our client’s budget and pro forma. During the initial programming and design phases, we were able to reduce the overall square footage of the building by increasing the efficiency of its spaces. JLA assisted with the indoor sports facility and the core/shell of the adjacent three-story medical office building.
- 80,000 s.f. mixed-use athletic fields, including the ability to offer:
- Regulation-sized indoor soccer field
- 100-yard football field
- Two indoor baseball/softball fields
- Indoor batting cages.
- 30,000 s.f. retail / sports medicine offices (white box design only)
