Overview
This adaptive re-use project transformed a former 157,000 s.f. office into One City School’s new location. They moved their current facility (2012 Fisher St, Madison) to the site in Monona. The school first opened to kindergarten through fourth grade and will expand in following years to grades five through 12. LHB of Minneapolis is a consultant partner on the project with JLA.
