Overview
One Glenn Place was designed to be a low- and high-density residential community to serve the increased demand for housing in the Fitchburg area. To attract a variety of tenants, a combination of apartments, stacked flats, and townhomes were incorporated into the masterplan. In an effort to work with the site’s existing topography, the two buildings at the south end of the site have building pads kept higher, whereas the building pad is lower along the north (Nobel Drive) property line. All buildings are located & orientated to address the street edge and to help define the public realm and surface parking is kept to the interior of the site to reduce its visual impact from the public streets.
