This proposed private sports facility is designed to provide a versatile destination for racquet sports and recreation with a total of ten courts. Phase 1 includes a 56,000 sq. ft. facility featuring four tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and associated ancillary spaces to support members and programming. A potential 24,000 sq. ft. Phase 2 expansion provides flexibility for future growth and additional amenities.
