Overview
Station 955 is located on the site of a former Shopko store. With the site’s proximity to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley Technical College, this project provides much-needed quality housing for students. The 258 units range from studios to three-bedroom across two buildings and are anchored by “The Hub”, a central amenity space featuring study areas, fitness center, community room, and patio.
