Overview
Located just across the street from The Highline Senior Living apartments (another JLA Project), Terrace Point brings additional housing to the Fish Hatchery Road corridor. Featuring four stories, commercial space, and a large rooftop terrace, our design team utilized a variety of materials for the exterior palette–brick, metal, nichiha paneling, and stone.
