Formerly the Stapleton Airport, Central Park is the largest master planned community in North America with over 10,000 residences. As one of the remaining parcels, the six-acre site currently has an airport hangar on it which will be demolished to make way for development. The four-story wrap building references the “Nordic Chic” look with a muted palette focused on materiality.
