This proposed mixed-use sports development in Lake Delton, Wisconsin, brings together a premier ice arena, hospitality, and commercial uses to create a dynamic destination for sports and entertainment. The development includes a three-sheet NHL-size ice arena with tournament locker rooms, offices, and supporting spaces; a 100-room hotel connected directly to the arena; and approximately 10,000-12,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space. The development is envisioned to support tournaments, visitors, and year-round activity while creating a vibrant addition to the Lake Delton community.
