Cedar Glen Senior Apartments
Overview
Cedar Glen Independent Living Community offers income affordable apartment homes for those with low to moderate incomes. It was the first building in a 17-acre urban infill housing development on the west side of Wauwatosa. Cedar Glen is an example of repurposing underutilized land to benefit the senior community as well as the municipality. The project received WHEDA-funding.
