Overview

This new apartment community is projected to be built across four phases totaling 364 units spread across four, four-story buildings with 91 units each. Covered Bridge is the first gated apartment community in Dane County. The design is a barn aesthetic featuring:

  • Pre-manufactured corrugated steel granary bin entrance (“The Granary”)
  • Silo that’s used for signage
  • Custom-designed quilt pattern blocks at building endcaps
  • Weathervanes & barn-style fans on roofs
  • Custom-color red Hardie siding
  • First-floor stone masonry
