Palisade Apartments Student Housing

Renovation of student housing originally built in 2002. JLA assisted with upfront design services for the renovation including updating the exterior entrance facade, lobby area, and adding a rooftop terrace and pool deck. The rooftop deck provides a 360-view of the Madison skyline. Using feedback from the Urban Design Commission, the redesign incorporated and elevated the building’s art deco detailing.
