Tipsy Cow
Overview
JLA masterplanned the Prairie Lakes retail development and assisted the owners of Tipsy Cow in their tenant buildout. This is their second Madison-area location. The owners wanted the kitchen to be larger and designed more efficiently than their first location, allowing them to expand their menu offerings. For the bar and dining area, they wanted to emphasize a ‘timeless Wisconsin feel’ using a rich, dark palette.
