Ochalla Springs
Overview
Ochalla Springs was designed with a metropolitan/industrial feel. Lighter materials were contrasted with dark Ceraclad metal panels. Hung balconies for each unit were integrated to contribute to the proportion and rhythm of the facade, while stepped back vertical elements help break up the elevations.
Connected to the apartments is a retail building offering up to five tenant suites, totaling 10,450 s.f.
